Delete Your Data

This is immediate and needs no waiting on us:

Profile → Settings (the gear, top-right) → Delete account

You will be asked to confirm. Once you do, the deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone—we keep no backup of deleted accounts.

Email laciel555777@gmail.com and ask for your account to be deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner. How we confirm the account is yours depends on how you signed in.

If you signed in with Google:send the email from that same Google address. Controlling that inbox is the proof—we match it to the account and delete it.

If you played as a guest:a guest account has no email attached, so there is nothing for us to match an address against. Deleting from inside the app is the reliable route, because having the device is itself the proof. If you have already uninstalled, send your Flexr username along with anything that corroborates it—roughly when you started, the city shown on your profile, your nationality flag, and above all any service you linked (Steam, osu!, GitHub, AniList, Lichess, Chess.com) together with that username, since we can check whether it matches.

We will not delete an account we cannot reasonably tie to the person asking. If a username on its own were enough, anyone could erase anyone else’s profile. Where ownership cannot be established we will tell you so rather than act on the request.

This is also the practical reason to sign in with Google if you want your account to be recoverable: a guest account exists only on the device that created it.

Everything. There is no partial option, and nothing is kept back:

Deleting your account also removes you from every leaderboard and from the map. We retain no copy, so this cannot be reversed and your data cannot be restored later.

Your accounts on other services.Deleting Flexr removes our stored connection to Steam, osu!, GitHub, AniList, Lichess or Chess.com—it does not touch the accounts themselves. Those remain entirely yours, untouched.

An active Google Play subscription. Deleting your Flexr account does not cancel billing. Manage or cancel a subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, otherwise it will keep renewing.
